Description of the operation

Digitization of technological lines in bakery production.

• OEE (Overall Equipment Efficiency)
• Energy consumption - presentation and analysis
• Malfunctioning and services
• Predictive Diagnostics

The aim of the project is to develop a Line Digitization Package that will provide the user with a new perspective on production activities. The package will allow setting additional criteria and implementation of optimization methods to achieve better results. The user will be available to interoperable information about the operation, which will give him a broader view of the entire production process.

The financial support from a consortium partner: 81.216,44 EUR.
